We will re-open on October 25 for displaced individuals, families, recovery workers, and medical personnel.

The city is currently under a boil alert advisory for water. We do not recommend using it for showering, doing laundry, or dish washing. Our hot tub is also closed.

Asheville City guidelines are as follows:

  • Water is NOT SAFE for drinking from the tap.
  • Water must be vigorously boiled for at least one minute before consumption.

The water is safe for:

  • laundry
  • showering (do not swallow water while showering)
  • handwashing (unless immediately prepping food after)
  • washing dishes at a minimum 170 degrees
  • flushing toilets

We're waiving our typical cancellation policy of 48 hours during this time. There will be no penalty for cancellation prior to arrival.
